📱 Compatibility & Installation

Is my phone compatible with eSIM?

Most recent iPhones, Google Pixels, and Samsung Galaxy devices support eSIM. However, your device must also be network unlocked and eSIM compatible. Please check your device settings under Mobile Network > SIM Manager or consult your phone’s official specifications.

How do I install an eSIM?

After purchasing a plan, you will receive a QR code and/or installation link. Tap the link or scan the code to add the eSIM to your device.

Can I use eSIM and physical SIM at the same time?

Yes, many phones allow dual SIM functionality, so you can use your regular SIM for calls/SMS and your eSIM for data.

In which countries is DataSIM available?

We offer eSIM data plans for over 70 countries, including the EU, USA, Canada, UAE, Turkey, Japan, and more. Plans are grouped by regions for flexibility.

How long are data plans valid?

Each plan is valid for 30 days starting immediately after purchase. Activation occurs instantly, so please purchase only when you're ready to use the data.

Can I top up my data?

Yes, you can top up anytime through the app without reinstalling the eSIM.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay securely using a credit or debit card via JCC online payment. Additional methods may be added in future updates.

Can I get a refund if I don’t use the eSIM?

All purchases are final and non-refundable, even if the eSIM is not used or installed. Please make sure your device is compatible before purchasing.

What should I do if the eSIM doesn’t work?

First, check mobile data settings and ensure roaming is enabled. If you still face issues, contact our support team via the app.
