These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the DataSim mobile application and website (data-sim.app), operated by Zeust Limited, a company registered in Cyprus (Company Reg. No. 362856), with its registered office at 1 Avlonos Street, Maria House, 1075 Nicosia, Cyprus.

By accessing or using the DataSim services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the services.

1. Service Overview

DataSim offers prepaid eSIM data plans for travellers and professionals. These eSIMs are delivered digitally through QR codes or installation links and allow access to mobile data networks in selected countries or regions.

2. Eligibility & Compatibility

To use DataSim, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Use an eSIM-compatible and network-unlocked mobile device.
• Verify your device's compatibility before purchase. Zeust Limited is not responsible for device incompatibility.

3. eSIM Validity

• All eSIM plans are valid for 30 days, starting immediately upon purchase, regardless of whether the QR code is scanned or the eSIM is installed.
• No extension, pausing, or delaying of activation is possible.

4. No Refund Policy

All DataSim eSIMs are prepaid and non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued for:

• Device incompatibility or improper installation.
• Unused data or early expiration.
• Connectivity issues due to local carrier restrictions.
• Change of travel plans or customer error.

Please confirm device compatibility and coverage area before purchase.

5. Payments

• All payments are processed securely via JCC Payment Gateway.
• By making a purchase, you authorise Zeust Limited to charge the full amount of the selected plan.
• Prices may include applicable taxes depending on your location.

6. Data Use and Network Access

• DataSim plans include data-only access (no voice or SMS unless otherwise stated).
• Network coverage and speeds depend on the destination country and local network conditions.
• Zeust Limited is not liable for service outages or performance variations caused by third-party carriers.

7. User Conduct & Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Resell, share, or transfer the eSIM to other users unless permitted by Zeust Limited.
• Use the service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
• Abuse promotional offers or exploit the system.

8. Limitation of Liability

Zeust Limited is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Loss of data, revenue, or business arising from the use or inability to use the service.

Use of DataSim is at your own risk.

9. Privacy

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on https://data-sim.app/privacy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on data-sim.app, and continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nicosia, Cyprus.
